Based on the EM288 platform, it can activate injectors with controlled pulse signals to help identify common problems such as sticking, clogging, leaking, or electrical failure. It can also operate two injectors simultaneously, making side-by-side comparison easier during troubleshooting.

The InjectorCheck Pro provides four pulse patterns—Short, Medium, Long, and Continuous—combined with two output voltage levels for eight testing modes. ❓ How to Use

  1. Turn off the vehicle and allow the engine to cool before working on the fuel system.
  2. Work in a well-ventilated area away from flames, sparks, and other ignition sources.
  3. Connect the red battery clamp to the positive terminal of a 12V battery and the black clamp to the negative terminal.
  4. Disconnect the electrical connector from the gasoline fuel injector you want to test.
  5. Connect the appropriate InjectorCheck Pro test lead securely to the injector.
  6. Press MODE SET to select Short, Medium, Long, or Continuous operation.
  7. Press PULSE to send the selected test signal to the injector.
  8. Listen for injector operation and, when using an appropriate controlled testing setup, inspect its response or spray behavior.
  9. Connect two matching injectors when you want to compare their operation side by side.
  10. Disconnect the tester and restore all vehicle connections after testing is complete.
